Code | Enter a code to uniquely identify the reservation policy. | ||
Company calendar | From the period picker in this field, select a relevant company calendar. When you configure a company calendar for a reservation policy, it is applied when users from a linked user group create a reservation for one of the applicable reservation units. Good to know: the company calendar of the policy overrules the company calendar that is configured on the reservation unit. It also overrules these two field settings on the reservation unit: • Allow reservations outside office hours? • Allow on reservations on non-working days? | ||
Maximum duration | Specify the maximum period for which a reservation unit can be reserved. When you set a maximum duration in the reservation policy, it is applied whenever users from a relevant user group make a reservation. This policy overrules any prior authorization settings on the reservation unit. | ||
Minimum duration | Specify the minimum duration for which a reservation unit can be reserved. When you set a minimum duration in the reservation policy, it is applied whenever users from a relevant user group make a reservation. | ||
Maximum period in advance | From the period picker in this field, enter a maximum period during which a reservation unit can be reserved in advance. When you set a maximum period in advance, it is applied whenever users from a relevant user group make a reservation. This policy overrules any prior authorization settings on the reservation unit.

Name | Enter a name for the reservation policy. | ||
Permission | Select a relevant permission option for this policy (Reservable / Not reservable). If you select Reservable, the settings in the fields Maximum duration, Minimum duration, Maximum period in advance and Minimum period in advance become relevant. | ||
Priority | Enter a number to set a priority level for the reservation policy. 1 is the highest priority. | ||
Reservable period from | Specify the start date from which reservation units can be reserved within the policy (reservations cannot be created before that date).
