PMFS display value

Select DST (During status transition) if you want to display the work-related questionnaire dynamically upon a status transition (Travel, Work, Temporary fix or Done).

Select ISP (In Summary page) if you want to make the work-related questionnaire accessible via the Questionnaire block on the app's Summary page.

Applicable only to 'key' work assignments?

Select Yes if this scope should only apply to key work assignments. For users of the Planon app > PMFS solution , this means that as soon as the system detects that the scope applies to a selected key work assignment, the questionnaire is displayed.

Applicable only if 'All work is complete' = Yes?

Setting this field to Yes is required if you want to display a work-related questionnaire upon a status transition to Done. The field is only editable when the value in the PMFS display value field is DST (During status transition) and the Applicable work assignment status field is set to DNE (Done). For users of the Planon app > PMFS solution , this means that as soon as the system detects that the scope applies, the questionnaire is only displayed when all work is completed.

Applicable work assignment status

Select the status upon which the questionnaire must be displayed: DNE (Done), TMP (Temporary fix), TVL (Travel) or WRK (Work). For example: select WRK if the questionnaire must be displayed when the app user selects the Work action on the app.

Questionnaire

Select the questionnaire that should be displayed as work-related questionnaire.

Standard order details

This field displays the standard orders that are linked to the scope via the Link standard orders action on the action panel.
