Tenure | Select the conditions under which land or buildings are held or occupied. You can choose from the following options: • Sole ownership • Joint ownership • Leased These options come from Supporting data > Tenure, where authorized users can maintain and add the options for this picklist. |
Business strategic value | Select the value that the property is likely to generate. You can choose from the following options: • High • Low • Medium These options come from Supporting data > Strategic values, where authorized users can maintain and add the options for this picklist. |
Marketability | Select whether the property is Marketable or Non-marketable. These options come from Supporting data > Marketability, where authorized users can maintain and add the options for this picklist. |
Next review date | Enter the date for the next review. |
Vacant area | Specifies the total area within the property that is currently unoccupied. |
Owned since | The date on which the organization acquired ownership of the property. |
Owned until | The date on which ownership of the property ends or is expected to end. |
