Order hour settings
Order Hours are also known as Labor Hours and can be added via an action on Order level, via Self-Service or Mobile Field apps. In that case, they do not get a Standard cost type, so that should be updated, either as default (via Field Definer) or in the Orders TSI. The following fields are relevant for the Financial Collection:

Free to use description, which will be transferred to the Financial Collection lines and to SAP.
Cost excluding VAT
Result of the ‘Number of hours’ and the ‘Tariff group’ or ‘Hourly wage’. Should not be zero or negative.
