Settings Space and Workplace services management

In this domain, typically services and usages of spaces/workspaces/reservation units would be charged back to internal cost-centers. The cost centers or project controlling objects that are consumed, must be used to link to rent to units, orders or persons, enabling the provisioning of costs to SAP with already the right debit and credit accounting objects.
Via Jumps to cost center or project controlling objects in SAP, relevant planned and actual cost can be checked and when budgets are created, the complete budget can be verified, in order to see if order costs are still possible in the requested period.
Typically, (project) orders in SWSM require to request external services or material, which can be managed with requisition lines. Requisition lines can also lead to Stock requests, but in case no products in stock are available, the requisition line will be collected via the Financial collection, and send to SAP’s purchase solution. Therefore, purchase requests, catalogues and purchase orders inside Planon are excluded from the exchange to SAP.
