Communication logs for internal communication
If you want to set up internal communication between the field engineer and the back-office, in the form of a 'chat' functionality, follow the below procedure.
Procedure
1. In Field Definer, create a user-defined communication log that must be used for internal communication.

2. In the Layouts TSI, make sure that this user-defined communication log can be used in pop-ups, so that the back-office can also use the chat feature.

3. In TSIs add the layout to the Communication logs - orders selection step.

In AppSuite - My jobs, the Internal communication block is displayed for a selected job. For the back-office, the communication log for internal communication will be available in ProCenter > Work Orders .
