Communication logs for asset documents
If you want to make documents (maintenance manuals, technical drawings or photo's) available to field engineers on the > information block, configure asset communication logs, as follows:
Procedure
1. In the Layouts TSI, make sure that the following fields are available on the relevant layout of Communication logs: Document reference and / or Document (secure).
2. If you want to allow external links to documentation on a website, make the URL field available on the layout.
3. If you want to share images via communication logs, make the Image field available on the layout.

4. In the Assets TSI, on the > level, make sure that these fields are populated with the correct references / links to the documentation.
References / links in these fields are displayed on the app, in the Documents information block of the selected asset.
