Adding actions
The Action - reason configuration TSI is the place to define and maintain actions that can be displayed on the layouts of communication logs.
Procedure
1. Go to the Action - reason configuration TSI.
2. Select Actions > Actions.
3. On the action panel, click Add.
4. Enter a code, name and label for the action in the data section.
5. Click Save.
The action is added and can be displayed on the layout of a communication log.
