Add suborder
You can make a setting that allows field engineers to add additional suborders. You can also specify which standard orders should be used as basis for adding additional suborders.

Add suborder | Select one of the following options to allow field engineers to add additional suborders, based on a standard order: Add: allows them to just add additional suborders. Add and pick up: allows them to add suborders and pick up the job immediately. By default, this option is set to Deactivated. Note | If you want to use the Add and pick up option, a status transition from the default status to the Assigned status must be available on the relevant standard order types. For example from Reported to Assigned. |

Additional standard orders | Select the standard order(s) that can be used as 'templates' for additional, suborder reporting on the mobile devices of the field engineers. Note | Field engineers may be offered more suborders than the ones that are configured here. Which suborders are shown, will vary and depends on which standard order with suborders was used to create the job that the engineer is working on. |
