Add request offline

Select Yes to enable the offline creation of service requests (based on standard requests). Field engineers will be able to add new service requests on their mobile devices in areas where online communication is impossible or prohibited. The new request(s) will be sent to the back-office at the earliest opportunity. The time interval for sending the request(s) depends on your settings.

Standard requests

Select the standard request(s) to be used as 'template' for offline order reporting on the mobile devices of the field engineers.
