Adding an important notice to an asset
In order to better inform engineers about important SLA dependent assets, you can display critical asset information on the app, for example information on an asset's allowed remaining downtime. Typically, this information can help engineers to set priorities when accepting a job. You can configure this in Planon ProCenter > .
In the Assets TSI, make sure that the Important notice field is available on the relevant Assets layout(s). For each relevant asset, this field must be filled with the critical information. You can do this manually or have the field updated via an SX (solution extension).
If the Important notice field is filled in, the notice is also displayed in Planon AppSuite:
• in the app's My jobs module, on job list and on the Asset information blocks. In addition, any important notices on assets are shown on the list of maintenance activities.
• in the app's Assets module.
