Criteria type
The Criteria type on a PPM profile determines whether the PPM profile is Contract-based or Property-based, in order to prevent the generation of duplicate orders.
A PPM profile must either be contract-based or property-based. You can select a profile criteria type in the Criteria type field.
The selected profile criteria type is the basis for:
• the filters that can be applied
• the activity definitions that will be included in the order generation
When orders are generated, a contract-based type will only pick up activity definitions that at least have a link to the selected contracts via their service plan. A property-based type will only pick up activity definitions that at least have a link to the selected properties and that do
not have a link to contracts via their service plan. See
