Viewing Health and Safety details
When your work assignment is in progress, you can also view relevant Health & safety details that might apply, such as:
• Permits
• Risk assessments
• Method statements
• Hazard types
• Activity types (work-related activities that may be subject to hazards from the Planon Hazard registry)
• H&S questionnaires
Procedure
1. On the Overview page, select the relevant work assignment.
2. On the Summary page, select the Health & safety block.
3. On the Health & safety details page, navigate to a relevant tab by clicking the < and > buttons below the page title.
The tabs available in the app depend on your configuration.
4. View list details and select and item to navigate to the specific details, for example Hazard details.
The details might also include linked Images and Documents.
