Unlinking an observation from an assessment
In the Mobile Observations , you can unlink an observation from the current assessment when it is no longer relevant to that assessment.
Procedure
1. On the Summary page, in the Assessments section, select the assessment to which you want to unlink an observation.
The Assessment summary page is displayed.
2. On the Assessment summary page, select the Observations block.
Observations linked to an assessment are displayed.
3. Select the observation that you want to unlink.
The Observation details page is displayed.
4. Tap the Unlink icon at the bottom of the page.
You get a confirmation that observation is unlinked from the assessment.
