Linking an existing observation to an assessment
In the Mobile Observations , you can link an existing observations to the current assessment. This allows you to reuse observations that are still relevant instead of creating new ones.
You can add additional information, such as new photos and updated scores, to the linked observation. If needed, you can also create a follow-up action to resolve the observation.
Procedure
1. On the Summary page, in the Assessments section, select the assessment to which you want to link an observation.
The Assessment summary page is displayed.
2. On the Assessment summary page, select the Observations block.
If available, the existing observations are displayed.
3. Select the observation that you want to link to the assessment.
The Observation details page is displayed.
4. Tap the Link icon at the bottom of the page.
You get a confirmation that existing observation is linked to the assessment.
