Configuring Details pages
On the Summary page of each sub web definition, you will find various information blocks, dedicated to a specific subject, for example Communication logs or Health & safety. Which blocks are available depends on the order type that is linked to the sub web definition. For example, PPM orders differ from 'regular' work orders in that respect.
In general, each information block corresponds with a configurable Details page. The following image shows the relation between the Communication logs block and its details page:
App users will navigate to a corresponding details page when they select a block on the app's Summary page.
Depending on their complexity, Details pages may also have details pages and/or details blocks of their own. All details pages and blocks are configurable, mainly with regard to Page properties and the visibility of Actions.
Via the Summary page on an Orders sub web definition for example, the following Details pages and their blocks are available for configuration:
• Communication logs details page
• Work assignments details page
• Health & safety details page
| On the Health & safety details page > Actions tab, you can enable the following action buttons: • For Hazards you can enable an Add hazard action on the details page, to allow app users to add newly encountered hazards to the work assignment. • For activity types you can enable a Link activity types action, to allow app users to link additional relevant activity types to the work assignment. Only activity types that are defined in Planon as 'Common' will be displayed. |
