PMFS solution - Materials module configuration
You can customize the standard delivered Materials web definition to your requirements, by setting page properties for the pages and configuring layouts for the blocks.
> > comes with a pre-configured Materials module. You can customize the corresponding web definition to make changes to the Materials module on the app, or create and customize a new web Materials definition.

These modules in the Planon app support workflows for materials:
• To monitor the progress of their inbound or outbound materials, field engineers can refer to the app's the Materials module.
 | If applicable and configured in ProCenter, field engineers can also monitor the contents of their mobile store. See Configuring mobile stores for configuration information. |
• To request or edit the materials they need during work, field engineers have to use the Work assignments module. Configuration options are available for adding material requests, either via order lines, or via requisition lines (products from the 'Product catalog'), or both. See Blocks on the Summary page, Configuring Add, Edit and Delete actions for requisition lines and Configuring Edit and Delete actions for order lines for more configuration information.
Both the Materials and Work assignments modules connect to the demand-and-supply processes configured in Planon ProCenter's Products, Purchasing and Stock TSIs. For more information about these ProCenter TSIs, see Products and Stock in the Webhelp.
