Managing meter control context
You can define how a meter is used over time such as whether it is operational and where readings are recorded by creating or updating records in the Meter control context.
Procedure
1. Go to Meters.
2. Select the meter for which you want to define the meter control context.
3. Go to Meter readings > Meter control context
4. On the action panel, click Add to add one or more records.
Complete the fields in the data panel. For details on the fields, see Meter control context fields.
5. Click Save.

In this example:
◦ The meter is inactive in April.
◦ From May onwards, readings are managed in External system.
