A gauge is a device linked to an asset, used to measure and display a physical quantity such as pressure, temperature, or flow rate, in real time. In Planon, an order is automatically created for an asset in Work Orders if the value of this measures quantity exceeds a predefined threshold.

Gauges are subtypes of meters. You can add and maintain gauges in Meters > Gauges.
