Licensing – Hit counts in Self-Service
The following table displays the scenarios of hit count increment in Planon Self-Service modules.

Scenarios of Hit count increment in each module
Reservations
The hit count will be incremented by one:
After each successful creation or modification of a reservation.
For repeated reservations, each item that is repeated counts a hit.
For Visitors, hit count will be incremented by one only if a visitor is added and not for any modification.
For Orders, hit count will be incremented by one if an order is added or even modified.
In the Reservations module, Visitors and Orders (Catering) use separate licenses and Hit count.
Note that, using the Reservation list does not increment hits.
Move Manager
The hit count will be incremented by one:
After each successful creation or modification of a move request.
Upon adding a group of personnel move lines or asset move lines (an increment by one for each move line).
Upon adding/changing a single move line.
Orders
The hit count will be incremented by one:
After each successful creation or modification of a work order (or catering for a reservation).
Note that using the Order list page does not increment hits.
Publisher
There is no hit count on this module.
Service requests
The hit count will be incremented by one:
After each successful creation of a service call.
Note that using the Service list page, however, does not increment hits.
Visitors
The hit count will be incremented by on:
After each successful creation of a visitor registration.
Note that using the Visitors list, however, does not increment hits.
Workflow
The hit count will be incremented by one:
After each successful modification of a work order registration.
Knowledge base
There is no hit count on this module.
Service List
When you access another web definition via a service list (e.g. service request) the hit count of that module will apply.
The service list itself does not count hits.
Service Desk
The Service Desk module is a licensed module. Hence, no hit counts will be applied for this.
Note that case parts started from the Service Desk, like service calls and the reservation wizard, also do not register any hit counts.
Visitors and catering in a reservation wizard started from the Service Desk do not register hit counts.
