Overview of Reporting on actuals
Reporting on actuals provides a repository of financial flows and positions for lease calculated in the Planon Lease accounting solution.
The Reporting on actuals TSI contains the following data:
• The
Reporting period selection level displays all reporting periods created. For more information, see
Reporting period - data.
• The
Reporting period actuals selection level displays all Reporting periods calculated for the selected reporting period. For more information, see
Reporting period - data.
• The Accounting period selection level displays the available accounting periods, for which actual data have been collected. When a reporting period is selected, only the accounting periods that are included in that reporting period will be present. Otherwise, all available accounting period are listed. For more information, see .
• The Filters selection level displays several selection steps dedicated to filtering the actual periodic report data that will be displayed in the next selection steps.
• The Actual periodic report data displays the available Actual periodic report data. Only Actual periodic report data attached to the selected Accounting period, and relevant for the retained filtering settings are listed. For more information, see.
• The Actual periodic report details displays the available Actual periodic report details. Only Actual periodic report details attached to the selected Actual periodic report data are listed. For more information, see .
From Reporting period actuals and Actual periodic report data selection levels, User reports can be easily created to support reporting needs based on displayed figures and information.
Actual periodic report details can be reported on through User reports directly from their selection level, or included in reports from Actual periodic report data or Reporting period actuals.
