Archiving knowledge base items
You can transfer a knowledge base item to the digital archive. This may be applicable if certain information is only relevant temporarily. If you want to archive multiple Knowledge base items in one go, you can use Action on selection.

Archived Knowledge base items will no longer be visible or available to end users. You can, however, retrieve items from the archive.
