Work assignments (license check setting)
With regard to Work assignments, the following business object settings are available on the Orders business object:
• Activate 'Multiple Work Assignments'? - set this field to Yes to allow multiple work assignments on an order. Once activated, this setting cannot be reversed!
• Status behavior when setting orders to Assigned
With 'Multiple Work Assignments' activated, you can make settings to enable automatic status updates when an associated work assignment is Assigned.
Procedure
1. Go to Business objects and select the Orders business object.
2. On the action panel, click Under construction, followed by clicking Business objects settings.
The Order settings dialog box is displayed.
3. Go to the Work assignments tab.
4. In the Activate 'Multiple Work Assignments'? field, select Yes and click Save.

5. In the dialog that is displayed select Proceed if you are absolutely sure that you are ready to activate the license check for multiple work assignments.
6. Click Close.
7. Set the Orders business object status to Completed.
You have now activated multiple work assignments. If a valid license is in place, users can use multiple work assignments on orders in ProCenter (Work orders and Resource planner TSIs), in Planon AppSuite and in the PMFS Live app .
8. Following the activation, you now have these options in the Status behavior when setting orders to Assigned field:
◦ NOWA, Do not update order status automatically - select this option to prevent automatic updates of the order status when an associated work assignment is Assigned to a tradesperson.
◦ FWA, Update on first assigned key work assignment - select this option to enable automatic order status updates to Assigned when the first associated 'key' work assignment is assigned to a tradesperson.
◦ LWA, Update on last assigned key work assignment - select this option to enable automatic order status updates to Assigned when the last associated 'key' work assignment is assigned to a tradesperson.
The status updates are performed according to the status mapping configured in your environment.
