Resource PlannerStatus mapping
On the Resource PlannerStatus mapping tab of the Orders settings dialog box, you can make settings to map user-defined order statuses against the statuses used in the Resource planner, PMFS and Demand & Supply solutions.
Procedure
1. Go to Business objects and select the Orders business object.
2. On the action panel, click Under construction, followed by clicking Business objects settings.
The Order settings dialog box is displayed.
3. Go to the Status mapping tab.
4. On the Links action panel, select the relevant action to map specific user-defined statuses to the Resource Planner, PMFS and Demand & Supply solutions:
Resource Planner: Planned statuses > Status mapping: Planned statuses
Resource Planner: Assigned statuses > Status mapping: Assigned statuses
Resource Planner: On hold statuses > Status mapping: On hold statuses
Resource Planner: Temporary fix statuses > Status mapping: Temporary fix statuses
Status mapping: In progress statuses
Status mapping: Completed statuses
The respective dialog box is displayed.
5. Select the user-defined status(es) you want to link and move them to the In use section.
6. Click OK.
7. Close the Order settings dialog box.
8. Set the Orders business object status to Completed.
You have now mapped Planon ProCenter status(es) to order types used in Resource planner, PMFS and Demand & Supply.

If you use Planon AppSuite- Field Services in combination with Resource Planner and / or Materials Management (Purchase Management, Products and Stock), make sure that the configuration of the following statuses is aligned in the various solutions: Assigned, On hold and Temporary fix. The status mapping for orders is done on the Orders business object, in Planon ProCenter Field definer > Business Object settings. Further status configuration for PMFS is done in Planon ProCenter in PMFS app settings, as explained below.
