Settings for the Work assignments business object
The following business object setting is available in Field definer with regard to work assignments: Allowed order types for envelopes
To make the work assignments associated with an order available on the PMFS solution , it is necessary that the system creates so-called 'envelopes'. These envelopes will carry the work assignment information between app and back-office and prevent information loss in off-line situations. The Allowed order types for envelopes setting gives control over which order types can be used for this purpose.
Procedure
1. Go to Business objects > Work assignments and set the business object to Under construction.
2. On the action panel, select Business objects settings.
The Work assignment settings dialog box opens. The PMFS Live settings tab displays the PMFS Live order types for envelopes setting.
3. On the Links panel, click Link order types.
4. In the Link order types dialog, at Available, select the order types you want to use for the PMFS Live app and move them to In use.
5. Click OK and Close.
6. At Business objects > Work assignments, set the business object to Completed.
The envelope functionality is now activated for the selected order types. These can be used in the PMFS solution configuration.
