Settings for the Spaces business object (create space usage)
In Field definer , you can activate the automatic creation of space usage upon adding a space.
Procedure
1. In Field definer , go to the Business objects selection level and select the Spaces business object.
2. Set the Spaces business object to Under construction.
3. On the action panel, select Business object settings.
4. In the Space settings dialog, set the field Add space usage automatically to Yes.
5. Select Close.
6. Set the Spaces business object to Completed.
Every time a new space record is added in Planon, a corresponding space usage record is also created.
