Settings for the Observations business object
You can make settings for the Observations business object. The settings are relevant if you want to:
make settings for a decision model for observations;
register a priority calculator for observations (a Planon system calculator, like the Priority calculator or a 'custom' calculator created with Planon as a Platform).
Procedure
1. Go to Business objects > Observations (base) and set it to Under construction.
2. Select Business objects settings.
The Observation settings dialog box is displayed.
If you want to automate decisions on observations, scoring and follow-up actions you can make several settings for the decision model on the General tab.
Fill in the following three fields: Business object definition (select a user-defined business object for the business event), Attribute definition set and Decision model. See Decision model for observations for more information.
3. To automate the calculation of Observation priorities, go to the Priority calculator tab.
4. In the Classname field, either:
select the Planon system calculator DefaultPriorityCalculator.
