Setting for the Hazard Logs - Asbestos assessments business object
For the user-defined business object Asbestos assessments (which is a sub of the Hazard logs business object) you can make specific settings that determine which method is used to round priority scores in the Hazard registry TSI.
Procedure
1. Go to Business objects > Hazard logs and set it to Under construction.
2. Select the subtype Asbestos assessments.
3. On the action panel, select Business objects settings.
The Asbestos assessment - business object settings dialog box is displayed.
4. On the General tab, in the Asbestos rounding method field, select the rounding method that best suits your requirements:
Round up - the average value of the various related scores is rounded up to calculate the priority score.
Round down - the average value of the various related scores is rounded down to calculate the priority score.
Round to nearest - values of x.5 and higher are rounded up to calculate the priority score, lower values are rounded down.

5. Click OK and close the Asbestos assessment - business object settings dialog box.

Examples for the calculation of Priority scores:
Round up
Score 0.33 is rounded up to 1.
Score 1.33 is rounded up to 2.
Score 2.33 is rounded up to 3.
Score 2.67 is rounded up to 3.
Score 3.33 should be rounded up to 4, but because the maximum value is 3, it is rounded to 3.
Round down
Score 0.33 is rounded down to 0.
Score 1.33 is rounded down to 1.
Score 2.33 is rounded down to 2.
Score 2.67 is rounded down to 2.
Score 3.33 is rounded down to 3 (maximum is 3).
Round to nearest
Score 0.33 is rounded down to 0.
Score 0.50 is rounded up to 1.
Score 1.33 is rounded down to 1.
Score 1.50 is rounded up to 2.
Score 2.33 is rounded down to 2.
Score 2.67 is rounded up to 3.
Score 3.33 is rounded down to 3 (max is 3).
Score 3.5 is rounded down to 3 (max is 3).
