Settings for the SLA search priorities business object
In Field definer , on the Business objects selection level, settings can be made for the SLA search priorities business object. After you have selected the Business object settings option on the action panel, the SLA search priorities settings dialog box appears. The options in this dialog box allow you to specify if subelements of the hierarchical elements Property, Department, Asset, Asset group and Order group are to be included when searching for SLAs.
