Settings for the Activity definitions (base) business object (Activity Planner)
In Field definer > Business objects selection level, several settings can be made for the Activity definitions (base) business object. This business object and its subtypes are used in the Activity planner TSI.
 | As of release L134, the business object Maintenance activity is technically separated from BaseMaintenanceActivityDefinition (MAD). Due to this split, the Activity definition (AD) needs a slightly different configuration process. When you add, modify, or remove fields in the Activity definition (AD), you must apply the same changes manually to the Maintenance activity business object. Keeping the configurations between activity definition and maintenance activity aligned will prevent issues during the PPM order generation and ensures consistent system behavior. |
