Yes allows you to create invoice letters as Communication logs for invoices.

No allows you to save invoice letters at a pre-defined location for Invoices in System Settings > File locations.

Max. days after today

Specify the number of days, after the current day, within which the invoice date should be set.

Max. days before today

Specify the number of days, before the current day, within which the invoice date should be set.

Maximum invoices to be printed

Specify the maximum number of invoice letters to be sent to the printer at once. By default, this value is set to 50. The maximum value that can be set is 100.

Move due date X days after invoice date

While creating invoice letters, an invoice date is specified. If you are in-time with sending out your invoice letters, the invoice date will be earlier than the due date of the invoice. However, if the invoice date is past the due date of the invoice, in Planon ProCenter , the due date of the invoice will be set to the invoice date. To change the due date of your invoice to a future date, enter a value in this field. The due date of the invoice is then automatically incremented based on the value specified in this field.
