Scheduling on-call team duty
Preparation: You have created an on-call team and a schedule as described in: Adding an on-call team and defining a schedule.
Procedure
1. Go to the Team allocation planboard TSI.
2. In the top right corner of your screen, click the Select team ... button.
3. Select the on-call team for which you want to schedule on-call duty.
4. On the planboard, hover over the top row in an empty planning period and left-click.
The on-call team members are listed in order of their priority.
5. Select the team member you want to schedule as first on call.
This person is scheduled as first on call in this planning period.
6. Repeat this action for the second and third row, and so on, until you have scheduled all on-call team members.
7. Repeat the procedure for any other planning periods, as required.
You can now proceed with adding any exceptions and replacements to the scheduled on-call duties.
