Code

This field displays the code of the dynamic navigation link.

System type

Reference to the system type of the dynamic navigation link.

Linked record - BO definition

Reference to the BO definition of the linked record.

Linked record - BO system code

Reference to the BO system code of the linked record.

URL

Displays the URL to which the dynamic link points.

Active?

Indicate if you want to activate the link or not. The default value is Yes. If the link is 'inactive', it can no longer be accessed when scanned. It is, however, possible to reactivate it.

End date

If required, you can enter a date on which the dynamic navigation link should end.

the selected End date also affects a related Scheduled task. This is a daily clean-up task [SYSNAVIGATIONLINK_CLEANER] that removes inactive Dynamic navigation link records with an end date greater than six months (180 days). So, be aware that once an expired link is removed by the Scheduled task, the corresponding QR code will no longer work for end users.
