Validity

Select the calendar that should be used to identify the relevant 'out of hours' periods to which the surcharge conditions should apply. Note: you cannot link a calendar with deviating hours to surcharge rates.

Surcharge percentage

If you want to apply a surcharge based on percentage, specify the surcharge percentage that must be applied to generated order revenues. If you fill in this field, the Hourly rate-based surcharge amount field is cleared.

Hourly rate-based surcharge amount

If you want to apply a surcharge based on a fixed hourly-rate, specify the surcharge hourly rate that must be applied to the generated order revenues. If you fill in this field, the Surcharge percentage field is cleared.
