In Planon, the organizations a service provider is working for are registered as Customers. You can register the customer organizations in a hierarchical structure in the Customers TSI (3 levels). In addition, you can define service location types and add service locations for these customers. In Customer contracts you can link a customer to one or more contracts, as a contracting party.
