Customer management - setting up Customer portals
If you want to make specific Planon functionalities available to your customers, you can set up a customer portal per customer. This means configuring and styling multiple Planon Web Clients and Homepages.
The portals will give your customers easy access to a 'one-stop-shop' to order services, enter special requests and to interact with your organization. The customers have real-time web access to status updates, reports and KPI dashboards.
