To meet internationalization requirements, Connect for Outlook is multi time zone aware and supports global conferencing and daylight savings.
Preconditions
For multi time zone functionality, the following preconditions apply:
The rooms must be configured both in Exchange and in Planon ProCenter:
• Room – time zone A
• Room – time zone B
The users must also be configured in Exchange and in Planon ProCenter:
• User – time zone A
• User – time zone B
