Connect for Outlook - Mailbox
The following actions are possible on the Mailbox business object in Planon ProCenter:
• You can change the e-mail address of a mailbox in Planon to reflect changes that have been applied to the mailbox in Exchange.
 | Ensure you change the e-mail address in Exchange first before changing it in Planon. Otherwise, synchronization of existing appointments might fail. |
• For maintenance purposes it is possible to delete a mailbox. When deleting a mailbox, all related appointments will be deleted. Synchronization of these meetings is then no longer possible.
| | Ensure that existing reservations on this mailbox are cancelled before deleting it. |
