Health Check Period - Configuration
Perform the following steps to configure the health check period.
Procedure
1. Open a Web browser, navigate to Planon and log in.
2. Navigate to the TSI - C4C Processing.
3. Select the C4C-App Connection for which you want to configure the health check period.
4. In the Health Check Period field select a period that is aligned with your Reservation Policy's maximum booking period in advance (or the maximum number of days in advance on your Reservation Units).
5. Click Save to store the changes.
