Select the user groups
This screen enables you to export the user groups in one go into a single package.
By using a boolean field you can indicate whether to include the links to product definitions and solution licenses. If you include the link to solution licenses, make sure the same license is loaded in the target environment so that you will have sufficient licenses to make the solution license connection.
On exporting a navigation group and also exporting user groups, the link to the navigation group is exported, so that this link does not need to be created in the target environment.
On selecting an alert definition for an export, all involved user groups are automatically set to use.
On exporting, the following user group data will be included in the package:
• System name
• Description, comment, Ignore max.no. of BOs and logging entry fields
• Reference to the function profile
• Links to product definition
• Links to solution license
• Each navigation group to which it is linked
• Each related action filter
