An import used for an initial import into the Development environment which can be modified later, if required.
Loose import allows the import even when there are certain errors. For example, during the import, a TSI will be imported successfully, even if a configuration component such as a Step filter is missing.
Loose import can be used in a development environment which can be adapted at a later moment for implementation.
