Select the forms

This screen enables you to export forms in one go from one environment to another.
Forms can only be defined for orders. If the Base order BO is selected, in the Strict mode, all forms that are present in the source environment are set in use.
In the Loose mode, only those forms are shown that are linked to the status transition (State-TO) as present on the selected (UD)BOs.

For every form (BO ticket usage) that is selected to be exported, the following data is exported into the package:

• Code

• Name

• Addressee

• Add Ticket Name To Email Subject

• Copy To Persons

• Email subject report

• Order State

• Save file copy

• Forms (involved user report (identified by its name and BO)

• Free fields
