Importing configuration
Importing checks and validations
Planon ProCenter prevents any incompatible configuration transfers through several checks and validations.
On detecting errors, the > > Comments section is updated with the error message(s) and the import is terminated.
It is not possible to import a package, if the package file is:
• Corrupted.
• Changed manually by the user (xml files) for adding/removing components.
• Imported with the individual components that are changed (e.g. changed xml file).
• Created from an export of R17 or older release.
It is also not possible to import a package, if:
• The measurement unit in the package differs from that in the environment in which the package is imported.
• Any BO (in FieldDefiner) is Under construction.
• A Loose export is imported in a Strict mode.
