Adding customer quotation lines
You can add quotation line(s) to a customer quotation.
Procedure
1. Go to > .
2. Select the customer quotation to which you want to add the quotation lines.
3. Go to Order subdetails.
4. On the action panel, select the type of quotation line you want to add.
the following types of quotation lines are available:
◦ General revenue quotation lines
◦ Labor hour quotation lines
◦ Subcontractor quotation lines
◦ Material cost quotation lines
 | The calculation of material cost quotation lines is either based on the • linked Terms for materials … or (when applicable), • specific Product unit prices agreed upon in the associated customer contract. When creating material quotation lines, the system will first check if product unit pricing applies and use that for the calculations. If it does not apply, the system will fall back to the terms for materials for the calculations. For more information on working with Product unit pricing, which is a licensed Planon product, refer to the Planon Webhelp, from About product unit pricing. When you use Product unit pricing for your customer contracts, the products' applicable (contract) unit prices (including any volume discounts and price exceptions) are taken into account first. If no unit price is configured for a product, the terms for materials are used for the calculations. |
5. Complete the fields on the data panel.

6. Click Save.
You have now added a quotation line.
