Creating an asset service plan based on a standard service plan
You can create an asset service plan that is based on a standard service plan.
Procedure
1. Go to the Assets selection level and select the asset to which you want to apply a standard service plan.
2. Go to Maintenance > Asset service plans.
3. On the action panel, click Apply standard service plan.
4. In the dialog box, select a standard maintenance service plan that you want to apply to the asset from the list.
5. In the Asset field, select an asset to which you want to apply a standard service plan.
If the list is long, apply filtering to find the appropriate standard service plan more quickly.
6. In the Asset field, select the relevant asset.
7. Select the items you want to include in the asset service plan:
◦ Additional costs
◦ Labor hour costs
◦ Material costs
◦ Check list items
8. Click OK.
The asset service plan is created, based on the selected standard service plan.
