Replacing assets

You can indicate whether an asset needs to be replaced and what the total replacement costs are.

Procedure

1. Go to the Assets selection level and select the asset for which you want to add a replacement.

2. At Asset details > Replacements, click Add on the action panel.

3. Fill in the relevant data for replacing the asset.

Replacement data can be used to create annual overviews of expected asset costs. As multiple replacements can be linked to an asset, you can for example indicate that for a group of 100 assets, 10 items need to be replaced annually.
