Preparing predictive-based planning
A
predictive-based planning method is using an asset's consumption thresholds as a criterion for scheduling activities. Depending on the type of meter on the asset, this consumption can for example be measured in number of operational hours, kilometers, kilowatts, degrees Celsius and so on.
Procedure
1. Go to the Activity planner TSI > Details selection level, and click Activity definition worker.
2. On the action panel, click Add.
For more information on the fields, see
Activity definition worker fields.
3. In the Counter field, select the counter that is linked to the asset of the activity definition.
4. In the Consumption threshold field, enter the threshold value at which planned activity scheduling must start.
5. Click OK.
Depending on the entered values, one or more planned activities are now scheduled for the selected activity definition.
