Copy to – reuse configured data
The Copy to action allows you to reuse configuration by copying data from one business object to another. For example: the (standard) activity costs from one (standard) activity definition to another, similar (standard) activity definition. The copied data can be reviewed and adjusted before it is saved.
This allows you to:
• reuse configured data.
• align contract activities with standard definitions.
• avoid manual re-entry.
• maintain consistency across activities.
The Copy to action is available for the following objects:
• (Standard) planning details
• (Standard) activity costs
• (Standard) checklist items
• (Standard) activity definition workers
• (Standard) activity scope
