Copying data from one object to other
The Copy to action allows you to copy data from one or more selected business objects to other activity definitions.
Procedure
1. Go to Details and select the desired Activity Planner object (for example; (Standard) Planning details, or (Standard) checklist items).
2. Select the record (s) that you want to copy to another activity definition.
For example: If you want to create planning details for a new activity definition that is similar to an existing one, instead of entering the information again, you can use the Copy to action to copy the planning details from an existing activity definition to the new one. Before saving, review the copied data and adjust as required.
3. On the action panel, click Copy to.
The Activity definition dialog box appears.
4. In the list, select the activity definition(s) to which you want to copy the data and click OK.
