Questionnaires in the Planon app PMFS solution
In the Planon app PMFS solution > Work assignments module the use of questionnaires is configurable in various places. See the following links for more information:
• You can configure a final questionnaire for the completion of a work assignment: Linking a questionnaire to the 'Edit Done' page.
• For the health and safety flow, you can configure specific H&S questionnaires: Health and Safety in the PMFS solution and Configuring Health and Safety settings and 'wizard' (Edit work flow).
• While a work assignment is in progress, engineers may be offered a dynamic questionnaire for an intermediate check: Answering questionnaires via the Summary page and Answering questionnaires upon a status change.
• When a work assignment is completed, engineers can be offered a questionnaire upon signing off: Ending a work assignment and signing off.
Questionnaires in Planon AppSuite
If an order consists of multiple work assignments, this may also have implications for any questionnaires linked to the order.
• Questionnaires of the Before starting work or After ending work types can only be used with key work assignments. On non-key work assignments, these questionnaires are not displayed.
• Questionnaires of the In job main menu type can be used and edited on all work assignments.
• If multiple engineers answer the questions in a questionnaire, the rule of thumb is: the last answer given is actually stored.
